Church & School Families   LIFETOUCH PHOTOGRAPHY   We will be scheduling appointments for your professional photography session with Lifetouch for our new Church Directory. We will be setting up appointments after church on Sunday or you can go onto our web site to set your own appointment. www.calvaryslz.org and click on the Lifetouch box on the lower left side of the screen, you will be able to follow step by step instructions to set up your appointment. Each family that has their portrait taken will receive a 8x10 of their choice, as well as the opportunity to purchase additional photo packages as well. Thoses that set up their appointments on line will receive a confirmation e mail that will include a $10 off coupon towards any purchases.   We are also inviting our school families to take advantage of this offer. Even though they would not be in our directory, they will receive the 8X10 and the option to purchase any of their portraits. Please contact Karla in the office with any questions at 510-278-2555 we hope that we can get all families to participate.

40 Days. Countless lives changed. This season of Lent, our congregation's journey can be the beginning of a better future for communities in need around the world! Reach out as Christ's hands with Lutheran World Relief through these special opportunities that will provide basic sanitation & hygiene items for families coping with some of life's most difficult situations. in places like the Philippines, Personal Care Kits allow families who have lost their personal belongings in devastating typhoons to stay healthy and clean and preserve personal dignity. Each week during Lent we will collect items to assemble and send to Lutheran World Relief The collection schedule is a s followes February 22nd:  Bars of Soap March 1st : Bath Towels (light weight max 52"X27" dark colors) March 8th : Toothbrushes March 15th : Combs March 22nd : Nail Clippers (metal, attached nail file optional) March 29th (Palm Sunday) : Bars of Soap You may bring in the items in any order on any day. We will be packing them up to send out the week after Easter. Thank you for helping to support those in need.
